Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Professor Kleen® Ltd. By requesting a quotation or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in a revised quotation.

Bookings & Cancellations

We kindly ask customers to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Where a quotation appointment is cancelled upon arrival, the customer is unavailable without notice, or repeated appointments are missed, Professor Kleen® Ltd reserves the right to charge a £20 call-out fee to cover wasted time and travel costs.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

-Provide safe access to the property.

-Inform us of any known hazards before work begins.

-Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from the working area where appropriate.

Weather Conditions

Some outdoor services may need to be postponed due to adverse weather conditions. Where this happens, appointments will be rearranged at the earliest suitable opportunity.

Waste Disposal

Where waste removal forms part of the agreed works, all waste will be transported and disposed of responsibly in accordance with current environmental legislation.

Liability

While every reasonable care is taken during our work, Professor Kleen® Ltd cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing defects, hidden damage, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Professor Kleen® is a registered trademark. All branding, logos, photographs, written content and other material published on this website remain the property of Professor Kleen® Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

Professor Kleen® Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
